Faith Palileo

Faith was born and raised in San Francisco and is a first-generation graduate from San Francisco State University, where she studied Sociology and Ethnic Studies. Her understanding of systemic inequalities was shaped by her own lived experiences, and her passion for educational equity and social impact began at Balboa High School, where she took her first Ethnic Studies class and engaged in the school’s social justice & educator pathway program. These experiences provided her with the tools to explore and analyze these realities more deeply. Today, she dedicates her work to empowering youth and communities of color, striving to create a more just and equitable society.
