Educational Influence
Reflections from my educational experiences and how they have shaped my work and passions.

Faith's Educational Influence
Faith's passion for youth and community development, educational equity, and social impact took root at her high school alma mater in SFUSD, where she took her first Ethnic Studies class and engaged in the social justice and educator pathway program. Her understanding of systemic inequalities was shaped by her lived experiences, and her high school years deepened her awareness of the societal inequities that have historically shaped—and continue to impact—communities. This foundation inspired her to pursue higher education focused on social change. Now, as a first-generation graduate from San Francisco State University with a degree in Sociology and Ethnic Studies, she continues to dedicate her work to supporting youth and communities of color, striving to help create a more just and equitable society.
